Shipping policy

We pack and ship with the same care we put into building. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's — and we'll be honest: transit times and carrier behavior are outside our control. What is in our control is how thoughtfully we get it out the door.

Standard Shipping Most small items, including harnesses, straps, accessories, and apparel, ship via USPS or other standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when available. Check shipping information under the product description for approximate shipping times as many items are made to order.

Oversized Items (Carts, Wagons & Shafts) Due to their size and handling requirements, carts, wagons, training carts, and shafts ship via custom shipping methods. Shipping for these items is quoted separately after purchase.

Most carts ship in multiple boxes — and shafts, which can run up to 72", ship separately from the cart body. We choose carriers by what makes the most sense for each component, not just convenience. That sometimes means your order arrives in stages. Don't be alarmed if the first box shows up before the second.

After checkout, you will receive a shipping invoice with the total cost. Your order will ship once the shipping invoice is approved and paid. If the shipping cost does not work for you, you may cancel your order prior to shipment.

International Shipping International shipping options and costs vary by item and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
