Return & Refund Policy

Carts (Custom/Made-to-Order) As our carts are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if your cart arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your cart order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the custom nature of the product means cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • Defects and Damages: In the rare event that your cart is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate.

Accessories & Gear

We accept returns on accessories within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your accessory, we offer exchanges within 14 days for a different size or style.
  • Defects and Damages: For defective or damaged accessories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
