What’s covered

We guarantee our carts and gear against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If something fails because of how it was made, we’ll repair it or replace it.

What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, accidents, or damage caused by dogs with very strong opinions don’t fall under this guarantee. But we believe most issues can be fixed — see our Rehome & Refurbish program for repairs and second chances.

How it works

• Email bark@wainwrightcart.com with photos and your order number.
• We’ll let you know the next steps, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or another solution.
